Wonder Rascals is a children’s entertainment brand. This website introduces our characters and links to our YouTube channel. You can explore it without creating an account or giving us your name.

What happens when you browse
We do not provide accounts, contact forms, comments, uploads, chat, purchases, or newsletters on this website. We do not use advertising pixels, behavioral analytics, fingerprinting, or embedded YouTube players. Our site code does not set cookies or use browser storage. Changing the language simply opens another page.
Cloudflare hosts and delivers this website. To transmit pages and protect the service, Cloudflare processes technical information such as IP addresses, request times, requested URLs, browser or device information, and security events. This is different from information you choose to send us. We use hosting information only to operate, maintain, and secure the site, not to advertise to children or build visitor profiles. We enforce these limits with a static site, no visitor database, no third-party scripts or embeds, and a Content Security Policy that blocks scripts and cross-site connections. Cloudflare may use essential security technologies when needed. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for its processing practices.
Children’s information and parents’ choices
We do not ask children to send personal information. Children can browse the site without providing names, email addresses, photos, recordings, locations, or other personal details. Limited technical processing for delivery and security is described above.
The contact email is for adults. Please do not send a child’s personal information. If we learn that a child has sent personal information, we will delete it promptly rather than use it for marketing or ongoing contact, except where retention is legally required. Parents or guardians can contact us to ask whether we hold their child’s information, request access or deletion, or ask us to stop further use or collection. We may need a proportionate way to verify the requester’s authority; please do not send identity documents or a child’s information in your first message.
If an adult emails us
We receive the sender’s email address, the message, and any information the sender includes. We use it to respond to the request, manage a relevant business relationship, and keep necessary business or legal records. Our email service provider processes messages to deliver and store them. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell personal information, share it for targeted advertising, or use it for automated decisions about visitors. Hosting and email providers process information needed for their services. We may also disclose information when legally required or reasonably necessary to protect rights and security.
We keep adult correspondence only as long as needed to handle the inquiry and any associated business, security, or legal obligations. We do not maintain a separate database of visitors or children. Technical records are handled under the hosting provider’s service and retention practices; we do not promise immediate erasure of provider-managed security logs or backups. Unnecessary personal information we control is deleted or anonymized.
When you leave for YouTube
Our YouTube links take you to a separate service operated by Google. No YouTube player loads on this site. Once you choose to visit YouTube, Google’s collection practices and terms apply, including any cookies, account information, and advertising on that service. Grown-ups should help children choose age-appropriate viewing and account settings. See Google’s privacy policy and YouTube’s terms.
Your privacy requests
Adults can contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information they have provided. Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to object, restrict processing, receive a portable copy, appeal a decision, or complain to a privacy regulator. We will assess requests under the law that applies to them. Where applicable, we rely on legitimate interests to deliver and secure the site and respond to inquiries, and on legal obligations for required records. Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate.
Because this site does not use advertising or behavioral tracking, we do not change that practice in response to Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals; we avoid that tracking for all visitors.
Changes
We will update this policy when the site’s information practices change and revise the date above. Any future features that collect children’s information will need appropriate privacy protections before launch.
